COVID 19 Operational Response Plan

4Wardplanning can work closely with individual organisations and event organisers to develop a COVID 19 Operational Response Plan comprising of a specific risk register , risk mitigation plan and a staff training solution to facilitate a return to business activity in as safe a way as possible for employees , customers, patrons and visitors in accordance with Government directions and HSE guidelines.

Key elements of the COVID 19 Operational Response Plan include a register of all related risks as per the HSE guidelines and the development of specific and coordinated actions  under a risk mitigation plan, including staff training, in order to reduce all associated risks in an individual organisation or at a particular event.

The uncertain nature of the COVID 19 virus presently and into the future, makes it worthwhile, financially and operationally, for organisations and events  to be as resilient as possible in the current environment and a COVID 19 Operational Response Plan will focus on three specific, linked areas:

•       Staff Safety
•       Customer/Patron/Visitor Safety
•       Infrastructure Safety

Training, processes, systems, equipment, guidelines, and social distancing protocols form the key parts of the COVID 19 Operational Response Plan for organisations and events.

The plan is a fluid document that can be amended if, and when, guidelines from the HSE change.
