Creation and review of Event Management Plans. Evaluation and review of emergency procedures and evacuation plans for organisations and events. Design, development and creation of emergency plans, evacuation plans, risk assessments for organisations , events and individual businesses as well as the development of safety statements in accordance with legislation and any associated staff training or briefings.
Design, development, delivery and evaluation of training courses for the events, security and aviation sectors to ensure personnel are prepared to effectively respond to any potential or actual emergency or critical incident effectively - including the application of the principles of the Framework for Major Emergency Management.
Design, development , conduct and evaluation of workshop, tabletop and 'live' exercises to test emergency response and evacuation plans at events, businesses and at organisations to identify any gaps or shortfalls and amend operational plans as necessary as well as implementing appropriate training solutions if required.
